If you didn't like your frameAgram for any reason, please return it back to us within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund excluding any shipping and handling charges for the original order as well as for the return.

If you received your frameAgram as a gift, please, clearly indicate whether you would like us to credit the purchaser's credit card or issue an electronic gift certificate in your name. Please, note that we only issue refunds to credit cards that were used for the original payment.
