In the event item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, frameAgram shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, frameAgram, at our discretion, will do one of the following:

If an item is priced lower than the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.

If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.

We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice.

Shipping Time

Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most frameAgrams are designed on the same or next business day of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

Sales Tax

FrameAgram.com only collects sales tax on orders being shipped to an address in Illinois. Sales tax is calculated to be the same as your local Illinois sales tax. There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of Illinois.

Discontinued or back-ordered items

If your item is discontinued we will offer you a similar or better item. You may choose to continue with the purchase or cancel your order.

March 2008 Referral Program

As part of our March referral promotion we'd like to give you an opportunity to refer friends and relatives and get a discount on your next purchase. After you purchase you will receive a referral coupon (good for one month). If you send this coupon to your friends, they will receive a 10% discount on their orders and we will send you a gift certificate for 50% of their purchase price. You will receive the gift certificate 60 days after your friends' purchase. It will be good towards any and all orders placed on our website. Example:
You send your referral coupon to you sister. Your sister places an order and gets 10% off her order price. If her order price is $50, you will receive a gift certificate for $25 60 days after she places her order.
