- No purchase is necessary to participate in our monthly frameAgram design contest (the contest).
- All contest participants must be US- residents to qualify for any prizes – monetary or otherwise.
- All contest participants must register for a free account at frameAgram.com.
- All submitted designs must have photographs with dimensions scalable to frames chosen – no horizontal photos on vertical frames, etc.
- Participants are not allowed to place multiple votes for the same design. frameAgram strives to detect and reverse all fraudulent votes.
- frameAgram designs containing nudity, pornography and obscene materials will not be approved for the contest.
- The contest winners will be chosen and notified by email on the first day of every month. Contest winners are determined based on the design rating. In case of a tie, the winner will be chosen based on the number of votes and then on the time it has been up for voting –shorter time wins.
- Prizes:
Checks for monetary prizes will be mailed no later than 3 weeks after winners are chosen.
frameAgram designs will be mailed within two business days.
frameAgram gift certificates and discounts that could be used for future purchases on frameAgram.com will be emailed within two business days.
- Contestants not following these rules will be excluded from the contest and their submissions will be removed.
- frameAgram is not liable for the content submitted for the contest. It is contestants' responsibility not to submit any copyrighted photographs or other material.
- frameAgram reserves the right to change these rules at any time.
